Welcome to Anonlink Social. By accessing or using our website (anonlink.site) or our mobile application (Anonlink Social), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of Anonlink Social, whether accessed via the website or the mobile app.

Description of the Service

Anonlink Social provides anonymous messaging, personal messaging, social interaction features, reactions, rating systems, shareable polls, and temporary anonymous message links. Users may collect anonymous feedback, confessions, compliments, questions, ratings, or suggestions without revealing sender identities.

Some messages and shared content may automatically expire or be deleted after a selected duration depending on the feature being used.

The mobile app additionally provides:

Personal messaging features
Personal rating systems
Creating and managing polls, and reviewing votes and voter suggestions
Push notifications for new interactions and messages
Local device storage or backups may retain some information until you remove it
Optional paid subscriptions (Premium and Pro) to remove advertisements and unlock extra features, including custom link durations
Export of messages in TXT, CSV, and JSON formats

Polls, Voting & Suggestions

Poll owners create polls in the mobile app and share a link. Anyone with the link may vote from a web browser without creating an account.

One vote per person. Each poll allows one vote per voter. To enforce this we store a voter record that includes an IP address or device identifier, as described in our Privacy Policy. Trying to vote more than once, or to get around this limit, is not allowed.
Poll owners are responsible for their polls. You are responsible for the title, options, images, and settings of any poll you create, and for any identity details you ask voters to provide.
Voter suggestions are visible to others. When a poll owner allows suggestions, suggestions submitted by voters are shown to other people who open the poll and to the poll owner. They are shown without names. Do not submit personal, confidential, or harmful information in a suggestion.
Identified polls. In a non-anonymous poll, the details a voter enters are shown to the poll owner. Poll owners must use these details only for the poll and must not misuse or publish them.
Results. Poll owners decide when results are shown (immediately, after the poll ends, or on a scheduled date).
Moderation. We may remove polls, options, or suggestions, or restrict accounts, that break these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Eligibility

Anonlink Social is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the service, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required for the service in your location.

Anonlink Social is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete the information where appropriate.

Depending on local law, additional age or parental-consent requirements may apply.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use Anonlink Social only for lawful purposes
You are solely responsible for the content shared through your account, profile, or links
You must not misuse the service to harm, threaten, deceive, or harass others
You are responsible for keeping your View ID or account access secure
You understand that anonymous messages, ratings, reactions, and other user submissions may come from third parties and may be inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate
You should report suspected abuse, threats, scams, illegal content, or other violations through our contact and reporting channels
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or databases

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Anonlink Social Social. For examples and practical safety rules, please also read our Community Guidelines.

Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or hate speech
Sharing illegal, abusive, defamatory, explicit, or harmful content
Spam, phishing, scams, or malware distribution
Impersonating another person or organization
Attempting to bypass security measures or system restrictions
Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to abuse the platform
Manipulating Rate Me ratings, poll votes, or engagement systems, including voting more than once or bypassing the one-vote limit
Posting harassing, hateful, misleading, or personal information in poll titles, options, or voter suggestions
Soliciting sensitive personal information from minors or other users
Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

Violation of these rules may result in restriction, suspension, or permanent termination of access to Anonlink Social without prior notice.

Subscriptions & Payments

Anonlink Social offers optional paid subscriptions through the Android app to remove advertisements and unlock premium features. Subscription plans may be billed on a Monthly or Yearly basis.

Features included with Premium or Pro, such as custom link durations, option images, voter suggestions, identified polls, scheduled results, and (for Pro) pausing, ending or extending polls, are available in the mobile app. Custom durations are not available on the website. The features included in each plan are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may change with reasonable notice.

All payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing. Anonlink Social does not have access to your payment card details.

Subscription status may be linked to your device ID for restoration purposes across reinstalls
Subscription pricing may change with reasonable notice to existing subscribers
Refund requests are handled according to Google Play policies

The free version of the Anonlink Social Android app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob.

The free version of the app may display advertisements and related advertising technologies. Where consent is required by applicable law, the relevant consent controls will be provided. Ads are removed for users with an active subscription.

Anonlink Social does not control the content of third-party advertisements and is not responsible for products, services, or content promoted through ads.

Push Notifications

The Android app may send push notifications to alert you about new anonymous messages, personal messages, reactions, ratings, and other social interactions.

Notifications require your explicit permission and may be delivered using third-party notification providers such as OneSignal.

You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings without affecting your ability to use the platform.

Content Moderation and Safety

Anonlink Social allows users to send anonymous messages and other user-generated content. Privacy does not mean that harmful or illegal behavior is allowed.

We may use reports, automated protections, and manual review where appropriate to identify and respond to spam, harassment, threats, scams, illegal content, or other violations of these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

We do not promise that every user submission will be reviewed before it is delivered. We may remove content, disable links, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe there has been abuse, misuse, or a violation of our rules.

Because anonymous messages are user-generated content, users should report harmful or prohibited messages rather than engaging with them.

Expiration of Links & Messages

Some message links and anonymous conversations on Anonlink Social are temporary and may expire after a selected period.

Links created on the website can last from 3 hours up to 2 days. Longer or custom durations are a Premium feature available only in the mobile app
Expired links are no longer available for normal access
Associated temporary messages may be removed according to the retention rules described in our Privacy Policy
Local backups stored on your device remain until you manually delete them

Anonlink Social is not responsible for data loss resulting from message expiration, deletion, or device issues.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, design elements, software, and code associated with Anonlink Social are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the service without explicit written permission.

Privacy & Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, used, and protected across Anonlink Social's website and mobile applications.

Anonymous messaging is designed to keep a sender's account identity from being shown to the recipient. It does not guarantee absolute or perfect anonymity because technical information may be processed by devices, networks, hosting systems, security tools, or other services. In polls, an IP address or device identifier is stored in a voter record to enforce one vote per person; it is not shown to poll owners or other voters.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Anonlink Social is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anonlink Social and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, deleted messages, account restrictions, third-party content, or damages resulting from anonymous interactions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Anonlink Social for users who violate these Terms of Service or misuse the platform.

You may stop using Anonlink Social at any time. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for subscription fees already charged, except where required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws that apply to the relationship between you and Anonlink Social, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction.

Any disputes arising from the use of Anonlink Social should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review the Terms periodically. Where a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide the required notice or request consent.
